Frequently asked questions

Is it a chatbot I have to set up?

It's not a tool you build yourself. The idea is that you hand off customer service: the start is guided and you approve the rules before Magise begins to answer.

What information does it need?

Your business sources, your policies and the systems that matter for the job, depending on the scope we agree on. You do not need to connect everything on day one.

What happens if it can't resolve something?

It hands the case to the person you designate, with the context and the reason it needs a decision. It does not improvise outside the approved rules.

Can I use Magise already?

Not yet. We're building the service and taking early-access requests. Availability is confirmed case by case.

Does Magise replace all my systems?

No. The idea is to connect with the information and systems needed to help customers, not to replace them.
